MPMS mortgage loan programs were designed to fulfill a need in the credit union industry by offering specialty-lending programs currently not available to credit unions and their members. By providing these programs, credit unions and their members now can obtain mortgage financing for purchase and/or refinancing of existing loans that was not previously available to them.

In order to maximize customer service level requirements within the credit union industry, an analysis was conducted on various existing mortgage brokerage operations to determine effectiveness and deficiencies. This review established a base line requirement to ensure proper delivery of programs and services in a professional manner to the credit unions and its members.

Taking into consideration the complexity of mortgage transactions in today's market, the initial consideration is to the members' needs. The mortgage market has numerous types of programs available, but the majority of the programs offered by many brokers do not meet the needs of the credit union vision, and that's where MPMS fits in.

In an effort to provide a unique specialty service to the credit union and its members, MPMS has gathered a variety of diversified loan programs that will be beneficial to the members and the credit union. We also have various programs that can be used to assist members with down payments and closing cost fees. MPMS is continually evolving and changing with the times to ensure that suitable programs are always available to the people that we service.
